  We have been to this restaurant several times in the past. Last month, they served the wrong meal to one person in our party. They brought the correct order after another 10 minutes wait. Inconvenient, but no big deal. This past weekend, there was some misunderstanding regarding reservations made. The manager came out, but instead of trying to find a solution, his response regarding the reservation person was, "If she made a mistake, I will fire her right now." He repeated this 3-4 times within earshot of all the nearby patrons. Reservation SNAFUS happen all the time. A manager should be a problem solver, not a belligerent individual such as this. If I were the owner, it would not be the reservation person who would be fired.
  
  As for the food, the appetizers were delicious. Out of 11 entrees ordered, 6 were good; 5 were okay. In the past, we kept coming back because this place is convenient, but there are too many other better restaurants in the area now. We will not be at Theresa's South again. We will go back to Ohana Grill. Delicious food; excellent service.

  Called for late reservation and took me
  And apologised for the wait .
  Food was. A 10 out of 10
  Food would definetly go back and the Service was excellent .
